Ali Ahmad Mabrur

Ali Ahmad Mabrur is a journalist by profession and has recently become quite active on social media. After completing his Honours in English Literature, he enrolled at Manarat International University, where he successfully completed his Master’s degree in English Language and Literature. At the university’s convocation, he was the only student from the Faculty of Arts to receive a Gold Medal. He began his professional career while still a student, joining a national daily newspaper as a Sub-Editor. He later worked with several other newspapers and news portals before joining the English News Department of Diganta Television. Later, as a freelancer, he worked on various projects including translation, voice-over, and scriptwriting. His columns are regularly published in national and weekly newspapers and have already received wide appreciation among discerning readers. Destiny Disrupted: A History of the World Through Islamic Eyes is his first translated book.
